Groundbreaking Ceremony for Hang Cao Kindergarten – Planting the Seeds of Knowledge in the Highlands of Ta Xua, Son La Province

June 25, 2026 – SEN Charity, in collaboration with local authorities, officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Hang Cao Kindergarten in Ta Xua Commune, Son La Province. The event was attended by representatives of local authorities, the school management board, teachers, parents, and local residents.

Located in a remote mountainous area, Hang Cao Kindergarten has long faced challenges in educational infrastructure and learning conditions. This project aims to provide local children with a safer, more welcoming, and better-equipped learning environment, helping to improve the quality of early childhood education and support children’s development from their earliest years.

Ta Xua remains one of the region’s most geographically challenging areas, where rugged terrain and difficult transportation conditions continue to impact access to education. The new kindergarten will help create a more stable and conducive learning space for children in the community.

During the ceremony, representatives of the local authorities and the school management board expressed their sincere appreciation for the support of SEN Charity and its partners. They also shared their hopes that the project would be completed on schedule and soon bring meaningful benefits to local children and their families.

The groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of a meaningful journey—not only to build new classrooms, but also to create brighter opportunities for future generations. Held in a warm and respectful atmosphere, the event reflected the shared commitment of all stakeholders to improving educational access in disadvantaged communities.
