On September 19, 2026, SEN Charity successfully hosted the “Mid-Autumn Festival 2026” program at the Da Nang Red Cross Center for the Elderly and People with Disabilities. The event created an unforgettable celebration filled with smiles, warm connections, and meaningful support.
A Festive Celebration Overflowing with Joy
The event took place in an extraordinarily lively yet deeply touching atmosphere. Kicking off the festivities was a spectacular Lion & Dragon dance performance, bringing the vibrant Mid-Autumn celebration spirit to all the elderly residents and children at the Center.
Following the traditional feast, the stage lit up with endearing musical performances written and directed by the residents themselves. The optimism, joy, and incredible resilience of these extraordinary “artists” touched every attendee and shared a powerful wave of positive energy.
One of the key highlights of this year’s program was the Online Fundraising Shop featuring handmade crafts (handbags and pencil cases). All proceeds from the shop are transferred directly to the Center, creating practical livelihoods and empowering individuals with disabilities to confidently integrate into the community.
The trip brought not only practical gifts but also immense emotional value. SEN Charity Da Nang team was rewarded with radiant smiles, warm hugs, and profound human connections.
