Returning to Khanh Binh, Ca Mau – a land associated with rivers, canals, and the simple rhythm of riverside life, each bridge not only connects separated banks, but also links routes to schools, workplaces, and dailylivelihood journeys.
From those simple needs, on morning September 13, 2026, with the approval of local authorities, SEN Charity organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of Nga Ba Bay Trieu Bridge (Bridge No. 6) in Khanh Binh Commune, Ca Mau Province – carrying the aspiration for safer, more convenient journeys and more sustainable connections for the Khanh Binh community.
In a formal and warm atmosphere, the ceremony was attended by SEN Charity, the BIDV Cash Center, local authorities, the construction team, and the people of Khanh Binh Commune. The sharedwords and collective efforts of everyone created a meaningful start for the project.
Nga Ba Bay Trieu Bridge is constructed with a length of 57m, a width of 3.6m, and a load capacity of 2.5 tons, meeting the travel needs of residents and supporting vehicles transporting goods, agricultural, and aquaticproducts in the area.
The project is expected to serve 253 students and approximately 1,476 local households. Upon completion, the bridge will make the travel of residents, especially students’ journeys to school, more convenient, whilesupporting trade activities and the lives of the people.
Particularly, the new structure will contribute to reducing the load on the small, deteriorating bridge, thereby providing an additional, more stable and safer transport route for local residents.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tien – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Khanh Binh Commune People’s Committee, shared the local community’s challenges and practical needs regarding transportation and connectivity. He also expressed his sincere appreciation to the SEN Charity, BIDV Cash Center, and all sponsors for their care, partnership, and support in constructing the new bridge, helping provide safer and more convenient transportation for local residents and students.
A bridge not only connects separated banks, but also opens new opportunities for the people. We wish the residents goodhealth and peace, and hope the new bridge will soon become a familiar part of daily life.
