Tra Leng is one of the poor communes of Nam Tra My mountain district. There’re 04 hamlets with 520 households, approximately 2600 people living in Tra Leng commune. Most of them are M’nong ethnic. Their daily life is self-sufficient and base on breeding, planting rice & cassava on the mountain field; major income come from cinnamon and by casual labor. Their life is so simple and lower than standard. Infrastructure and facilities have not been development, especially traffic road, electricity and news media.
