The Children’s Hospital 2 is located in District 1 in downtown Ho Chi Minh City. It is one of the most well-known pediatric hospitals which is a very large hospital equipped with high standard healthcare.
Medical workers provide examination and treatment to 5,500 – 6,000 kids from all corners of the country a day.
Although Tet is getting closer, many children must have treatment so they have to stay in hospital through the Tet holiday. We prepared the gifts to distract them from the pain when they have treatment. We donated 200 gift bags with Soya milk, cookies, candies, books, toys and 20 lucky money envelopes for long-term treatment and patients in more unfortunate situations.
They are all very happy to receive the gifts. Some of them opened the gifted books to read, and the little children opened their new toys immediately to play with big smiles.
